1 Conditions of a return 

 

As a consumer you have the right to cancel a purchase, valid for 14 days starting from the day of receiving the item/items. To return a purchase please contact wheelerdavid601@gmail.com with the order number, item details and reason for return. The item must be adequately packaged in accordance with how you received the item, for example, bubble wrapped, box crated for return shipping.  
David Wheeler Paintings will not be responsible for the return shipping cost of the item, unless the item is being returned due to damage sustained during delivery. In which case please email clear photographs of the damage to wheelerdavid601@gmail.com before arranging a return of the item. 
Once the item has been received a refund will then be issued on your payment method within 30 days. A refund of the shipping cost due to delivery damage only will be issued within 30 days once the receipt/invoice details from the shipping company have been sent to wheelerdavid601@gmail.com .
